    • You can modify your reservation up to 15 days before your stay. Just email us at info@kihnuvilla.com and we’ll find a suitable solution.

    • Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before your stay — please contact us at info@kihnuvilla.com

  • Our 28 m² glass mini villa is designed exclusively for two adults who appreciate nature, tranquility, and romance.
    It features a private spa area with sauna and stone bathtub, a hot tub on the terrace, a comfortable double bed, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and custom-made furniture.

  • Yes, we do! You can conveniently purchase a gift card here: 

  • The Villa is designed to comfortably accommodate 2, but a child up to 3 y/o can be included at own risk - please contact and inform beforehand info@kihnuvilla.com

  • To ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests, pets are not allowed at the villa.

  • While we don’t have a traditional restaurant, we’ve made sure your day starts comfortably. In the fridge, you’ll find fresh eggs and oat milk. We also provide muesli, porridge flakes, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, and basic spices – perfect for a simple breakfast or light meal.

    The villa features a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, and on the terrace, a grill awaits, complete with charcoal and grilling utensils. 1 km from Kihnu Villa there is Kurase cafe - opened only during summer months.

  • You can enjoy a private spa experience directly at the villa. The terrace features a year-round hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars.

    Inside, you’ll find a HUUM sauna heater and a SAUNUM ventilation system, allowing you to create the perfect sauna atmosphere – from traditional Finnish heat to a gentle sanarium.


    A selection of aromatic sauna oils is provided to enhance your relaxation.

    We have also prepared a selection of aromatic sauna oils for you – simply add them to the sauna water to help your body relax and your senses rejuvenate.

  • Yes, the villa offers free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

  • Just outside the villa’s grounds, beautiful forest trails invite you to enjoy peaceful walks in nature.

    It is possible to organise bonfire in private property open air under stars or inside cozy Indian tent.
     

    Kihnu Island offers many unique experiences as well:​

    • Go cycling to explore scenic routes

    • Visit Linaküla Beach (1 km away)

    • Discover local culture at the Kihnu Museum and Lighthouse

    • We can also help arrange guided boat trips or bicycle rentals

  • If you’d like to surprise your loved one for a special occasion (engagement, wedding, honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, etc.), please send us an email in advance at info@kihnuvilla.com and share your ideas. We’ll do our very best to make your wish come true whenever possible.

  • Ikigai Riverside Villa is located approximately 10 minute drive (8km) from Pärnu town center.

  • Closest international airports are Tallinn airport (TLL) 143km and Riga airport (RIX) in Latvia, 190km.
    NB! Unfortunately we do not offer airport transfers.

  • Yes, we offer free on-site car parking for our guests. Speedboat parking is also available by the dock.

  • Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, but may incur additional fees. Early baggage drop-off is available on prior agreement with us.

  • For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and in the immediate surroundings (including terrace and villa perimeter) - violation incurs a €1000 fine.

  • Unfortunately our villa is not suitable for disabled people who use a wheelchair (steep riverbanks and lack of room inside the villa).

  • We are committed to sustainable tourism. Our villa is built using ecological building materials and use eco-friendly cleaning products, source local, organic produce whenever possible.

  • Each season offers a unique experience at Ikigai Riverside Villa. Summer (June-August) is perfect for outdoor activities, while winter (December-February) offers a magical snowy landscape. Spring and autumn are ideal for those seeking tranquility, cozyness and natural beauty.

  • We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for the season, walking shoes for nature trails, and swimwear for the sauna and jacuzzi and swimming in the river. Don't forget your camera to capture the memorable moments and the beautiful surroundings!

  • You can take the ferry from Munalaiu Harbour or book our private boat (if the weather is nice). Contact us for further information and bookings info@kihnuvilla.com

  • Kihnu harbour is around 3,3 km from the villa. We can arrange a pick-up if needed. Please let us know in advance via email info@kihnuvilla.com

  • Yes, we offer free parking for our guests on the villa’s private gated property.

  • Check-in is from 19:00, and check-out is by 15:00 (set according to ferry schedule).

    Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and depending on availability. Please inquire in advance by email at info@kihnuvilla.com

    If you happen to leave earlier than planned, we’d be grateful if you could let us know at (+372) 56 485 654, so we can prepare the room for next guests.

  • For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the terrace — violations will result in a €500 fine.

    Smoking is allowed in the rest of the outdoor area, but please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated containers. Let’s keep nature clean!

  • Unfortunately, the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility, due to steep stairs and limited indoor space.

  • Each season offers a unique experience at Kihnu Villa, along various activities:

    • Summer (June–August) is perfect for outdoor activities.

    • Winter (December–February) brings a magical snowy landscape.

    • Spring and autumn are ideal for those seeking peace, coziness, and natural beauty.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing suitable for the season, hiking shoes, and swimwear for enjoying the sauna, hot tub, and a dip in the sea.
