1. Arrival and Departure
General
Check-in: 19:00 (according to ferry traffic)
Check-out: 15:00 (please don't be late, we really need every minute for cleaning)
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement

Free parking available on the property in front of garage

2. Property Care
General Care
The villa will be presented to you in pristine condition
We kindly ask you to maintain cleanliness throughout your stay and treat the property with care
Kindly remove outdoor shoes when indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors! Penalty 500€! Smoking is allowed in the rest of the territory, but cigarette butts must be thrown into the marked containers! Let's protect nature!
Do not leave food outside — it may attract pests or wild animals

Before Check-Out
As a kind gesture, please place used dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle
Return all items to their original locations
Remove any personal belongings
Lock all windows and doors
Please leave the ventilation and air conditioner running (22 °C) upon departure

3. Accommodation Conditions
Peaceful Environment
Our villa is designed for calm, romantic relaxation
Quiet hours: 23:00 - 08:00
Soft background music permitted until 23:00
Loud music and partying are not permitted
Avoid loud noises that may disturb neighbours and the surrounding nature
Occupancy
Maximum capacity: 2 adults (+ 1 child up to 3y/o on own risk)
Child is on clients own responsibility (jacuzzi, stairs, etc)
No unregistered visitors allowed
No pets allowed

6 eggs

Porridge flakes
Oat and almond milk
Tea/coffee
Outdoor Areas
The usable outdoor area is surrounded by pine forest from W side and road on the E and S -side
Grill available for use (please clean it after use). Do not remove the grill from its fireproof platform or leave it burning unattended! Close air valves, when you finish cooking or when not using it.
Respect the natural environment
Do not feed wild animals
Avoid loud noises that may disturb neighbours and the surrounding nature
Please be cautious when moving around the property – movement is at your own risk
Property Items
All items must remain on premises
Return items to their original locations after use
We understand accidents can happen – if something gets broken, damaged, or lost, please let us know right away. Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa’s property, and we will find the best solution together
Use equipment only for its intended purpose
Security
Lock all windows and doors when leaving
Report any security concerns immediately
Let's Save The Planet!
Turn off lights when not in use
Close windows while heating or cooling systems are operating
Use water responsibly
Do not dispose of hazardous waste in the bins — please take it with you
4. Hot Tub
Prohibited Items and Actions
Sharp objects
Glassware or any containers made of glass
There is a chlorine tablet sealed in a floating capsule at the bottom of the hot tub – please do not remove it
Do not add soap, oils, salts, bubble bath, chemicals, or any other substances to the water
Please use only the temperature, massage jets, and LED light buttons on the hot tub remote control – changing menu settings is not allowed
Between Uses and After Use
Turn off the massage jets / bubble system
Remove any visible debris
Fully replace the cover over the hot tub
Secure all four locking clips
Refasten both wind protection straps
Ensure the cover is completely closed
Please take a shower after using the hot tub
Important Safety Notes
The cover must always be secured when the hot tub is not in use, to ensure:
Protection from sun, rain, snow, wind, and debris
Energy efficiency
Water cleanliness
Improper or careless use may result in additional charges
Use of the hot tub is at your own risk
Kihnuvillas is not responsible for any accidents or injuries
The guest is responsible for and must cover the cost of any damages caused
Please note: No local pharmacy available on Kihnu island
5. Safety Guidelines
Fire Safety
Use candles and incense only with designated holders. Make sure there are no flammable objects nearby. Any damage caused by open flames must be covered by the guest
Never leave the fireplace, sauna, incense or candles unattended
Making open fires anywhere on the property except designed fireplace area is not allowed
Do not move the grill from its fireproof mat or leave it burning unattended
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Penalty: €500! Smoking is allowed in other outdoor areas, but cigarette butts must be disposed of in cigarette ash trays
Fire extinguishers are located in the living room wardrobe and on the terrace
In Case of Emergency
In case of fire, prioritize your own and others’ safety. If the fire cannot be extinguished safely, call emergency services at 112
